By accessing and using the Udaan Web Solutions website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Services
Udaan Web Solutions provides website design, development, and related digital services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be defined in a separate project proposal or agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in your project proposal. Standard terms require 50% upfront payment before work begins and 50% upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website design and custom code. Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses. Udaan Web Solutions reserves the right to showcase the project in our portfolio.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner. Delays in content delivery may affect project timelines.
Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Limitation of Liability
Udaan Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
