Refund Policy

Before Project Commencement
If you cancel before any design work has begun, we will refund 100% of your advance payment within 7 business days.
During Design Phase
If you cancel during the design phase (after mockups have been created), we will retain 30% of the total project cost for work completed and refund the remaining advance.
During Development Phase
If you cancel during development (after design approval), we will retain up to 60% of the total project cost based on work completed. Any remaining advance will be refunded.
After Project Delivery
Once the project has been delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued. We encourage clients to thoroughly review all deliverables during the revision phase.
Maintenance & Add-On Services
Annual maintenance fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun. Add-on services (content writing, SEO, etc.) are non-refundable once work has been delivered.
